Personal Information Collection Statement

Personal data held by HB Heating Systems Limited (“HB Heating”) include information such as your name and address which were collected from you directly and additional information were gathered during the course of your dealings with HB Heating.

Purpose of Collection

HB Heating may use the personal data held by us for the supply of product/services to you and/or any related purposes. HB Heating may also use such personal data:

• to supply you with services, facilities and goods as requested by you
• to respond to and follow up on your enquiries
• to process billing, payments and sales orders
• to conduct customer surveys
• to conduct research and perform statistical analysis
• to notify you of changes to our services that may affect you
• to develop new products and services
• to conduct direct marketing activities

Please note that you are required to provide your personal data, other than those items indicated as optional. In the absence of your personal data, we may not be able to provide you with services, facilities or goods you require.

Transfer of Personal Data

HB Heating may disclose and transfer (whether in Hong Kong or overseas) your personal data to any of our members, third party reward, loyalty or privileges program providers, branded co-operative or cross-marketing retail partners or charitable or non-profit organizations, external service providers (including but not limited to our agents, contractors, sub-contractors, sub-suppliers, distributors, agents of the Company and other third parties) for product sponsorship, marketing, statistical analysis and research or other purposes.

Telecommunications operators, mailers, direct marketing agents, telemarketing providers, call centres, data processing providers, information technology providers), other persons under a duty of confidentiality to us, and actual or proposed assignees of our business or of our rights in relation to your personal data.

HB Heating will disclose data when required to do so by law and may also disclose such data in response to requests from law enforcement agencies or other government and regulatory authorities.

Access and Correction of Personal Data

You have a right to request access to, and the correction of, your personal data in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486). Requests for access and correction should be made by email to info@hbheating.hk.

5. Security, Accuracy and Retention of your Personal Data

HB Heating takes reasonable precautions to prevent the loss, misappropriation, unauthorized access or destruction of your data. HB Heating also takes reasonable steps to ensure that all personal data held by it is accurate, complete, correct and reliable for the intended use.
